Eva Pericas Fernandez possesses extensive experience in quality control and production management within the food industry. Currently serving as Técnico de control de calidad at Casa Mas since March 2018, Eva previously held similar roles at Embotis Monells and NOSTRUM HOME MEAL, where responsibilities included directing production teams and managing quality assurance processes. Key achievements include leading the quality and R&D departments, overseeing the production of precooked meals, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations through effective management of supply chains and critical control points. Eva holds a Licenciatura en Ciencia y tecnología de los Alimentos from Facultad de Veterinaria (UAB), earned between 2004 and 2007.
