Michael Dowdy, MBA, has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Michael most recently worked as a Sr. Mobility Engineer at Casa Systems, Inc. since March 2019. Prior to that, they had a long career at Verizon, starting in 1996. At Verizon, they held various roles including Principal Member Of Technical Staff, where they were responsible for vendor management and testing of femtocell devices and software. Michael also planned and engineered 3G ubicell and 4G femtocell core components in the national network organization. Michael began their career in the telecommunications field as an Avionics Technician in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard in 1995. Michael also worked as an Avionics Technician in the United States Marine Corps from 1988 to 1995.
