Elizabeth Castillo, SHRM-CP, has a strong background in human resources and management. Elizabeth is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Casa Tua. Prior to this, they owned their own business called In the Cru. Elizabeth also held the position of Director, People & Culture at Grove Bay Hospitality Group from 2014 to 2020. Before that, they worked as a Restaurant Manager at Zuma Restaurants from 2011 to 2014. Elizabeth started their career at Nordstrom, where they served as a General Manager from 2006 to 2011.
Elizabeth Castillo, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida State University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their degree, they also hold a Level 1 certification from The Court of Master Sommeliers, obtained in February 2016. Elizabeth Castillo obtained their SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in July 2019.
