Mariana Marcelino

Mariana Marcelino has work experience in various roles and companies. Mariana started their career in 2017 as an Assistant Group Reservations at Lisbon Marriott Hotel, where they worked for three months. Later in the same year, they worked as a Sales Promoter at Pestana Hotel Group for two months. In 2019, they joined VILA GALÉ HOTÉIS as an RH Assistant, and also had a brief stint as an RH Intern. Mariana worked in these roles for three years before joining CASAFARI in 2022 as a People Operations Specialist.

Mariana Marcelino is currently pursuing a Doutoramento at ISCSP-ULisboa / Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas - Universidade de Lisboa in the field of Políticas de Desenvolvimento de Recursos Humanos, starting in 2021.
