Marina Krasnova

Marina Krasnova has recently worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at CASAFARI since June 2021. In this role, they have coordinated with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, sourced potential candidates through online channels, and planned interview and selection procedures. Additionally, Marina has designed job descriptions and interview questions, and fostered relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Prior to their role at CASAFARI, Marina worked as a Project Manager at Caritas from October 2016 to June 2021.

Marina Krasnova holds a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. Marina completed courses in Human Resources: Compensation and Benefits, Become a Tech Recruiter, Strategic Human Resources, and HRM Consultation from LinkedIn.
