Giorgio Monti

Giorgio Monti is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in managing engineering divisions and projects across the oil, gas, and chemical industries. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering Division at CASALE since May 2021, Giorgio specializes in the engineering of plants for ammonia, urea, nitric acid, and methanol, as well as designing green and blue hydrogen plants. Prior roles include Regional Manager for North Africa at Arkad SpA, overseeing business development and project management, and managing a portfolio of significant projects at ArcelorMittal Italia. Giorgio's background also encompasses engineering management at ABB, including detail design for gas treatment plants and pipeline systems. With leadership experience as Managing Director of Techint India, overseeing a large engineering team, and a solid foundation in civil engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Giorgio has a proven track record in executing large-scale engineering projects successfully.
