Massimiliano Conti is a seasoned Construction Manager with extensive experience in project management within the engineering and construction sectors. Currently employed at Casale SA since August 2014, Massimiliano specializes in developing construction standard procedures, managing engineering deliverables, and overseeing subcontractor evaluations while ensuring compliance with contract schedules.
