Andrea LeBlanc, RN BSN MBA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. In 2005, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they were the VP of Hospice at Home Health Foundation. Andrea then joined BAYADA Home Health Care in 2018 as the Division Director, Hospice Service Excellence. In 2014, Andrea also founded R.I.G.H.T. Care and held the position of Founder and Chief Patient Experience Officer. Additionally, they worked as the Vice President Of Product at Casamba Home & Hospice (formerly HealthWyse) from 2014 till present. Most recently, Andrea LeBlanc is the Director of Clinical Informatics and Director of Hospice Clinical Leadership at BAYADA Home Health Care starting from 2020.
