Ruben Vaca

Ruben Vaca is an experienced professional in the field of information security and technology, currently serving as Oficial de Seguridad de la Información at Casaplan Motorplan S.A. since August 2019. Prior to this role, Ruben held the position of Asistente de TIC´s de Facultades at Universidad de Guayaquil and worked as Técnico de mantenimiento at CIMAELECT from September 2009 to August 2013, where responsibilities included hardware and software support, network management, basic electricity, CCTV, and security systems. Ruben's educational background includes a Magister en Ciberseguridad from UNIVERSIDAD UTE, a Magister en Sistemas de Información with a specialization in Business Intelligence from Universidad ECOTEC, and a degree in Ingeniero de sistemas from Universidad Técnica de Machala.
