Alberto R. Guth

Mr. Alberto R. Guth is an independent member of the Company’s Board of Directors. He is a founding partner of Angra Partners Gestão de Recursos e Assessoria Financeira, a company formed in 2003 and focused on private equity, financial restructuring and M&A. He graduated in engineering from Instituto Militar de Engenharia-IME and holds an MBA from Wharton Business School. Between 1993 and 2003 he was managing partner of Investidor Profissional, currently IP Capital Partners. Previously, he was an executive in the areas of strategic planning, finance and marketing at Esso Brasil for 9 years. Mr. Alberto has 30 years of professional experience, having served as a board member in companies such as Vale, Celesc, Rio de Janeiro Metrô, Telemig, Editora Saraiva and Elevadores Atlas.
