Sonja Bachmann has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Sonja started their career as an Integrated Degree Student at Amazon in October 2014 and worked in that position until September 2017. Following that, they became an Account Manager at Amazon from October 2017 to September 2019. In October 2019, they transitioned to the role of Key-Account-Manager at Amazon, where they worked until June 2021. During this time, they gained experience in people management and worked on various EU-wide projects. From June 2021 to December 2022, they served as a Team Lead Grocery at Amazon Vendor Services, managing a team of Account Managers and Vendor Specialists within the FMCG department. Currently, they work as a Commercial Manager B2B - Relay at casavi GmbH, where they are responsible for developing and implementing a scalable sales pipeline for service providers and brokering the company's SaaS solution to potential customers. Sonja also works on defining requirements as an interface between different stakeholders and conducts interviews and surveys with service providers and casavi customers.
Sonja Bachmann completed their Abitur at Ostendorfer Gymnasium Neumarkt i.d. Opf. from 2006 to 2014. Their fields of study during this period included German, Maths, English, Music, and History. Sonja then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Retail and sales management from DHBW Ravensburg from 2014 to 2017.

It helps these organisations connect with their customers in a more efficient, immediate and user-friendly way by utilising a mix of digital channels such as mobile, web and email. In doing so casavi acts as the front-desk forinbound as well as outbound customer communication and utilises existing ERP and CRM solutions by integrating with workflows and syncing with their data.
