Frank L. Coyle

Frank L. Coyle is a seasoned planning professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Planning at CASC Engineering and Consulting, Inc. since March 2019, Coyle has held prior positions including Director at FirstCarbon Solutions and Deputy Director at the County of Riverside Planning Department. Coyle's career also includes roles as Branch Manager at Michael Brandman Associates, Associate at Stantec/The Keith Companies, and Associate Planner with the City of Palm Springs. Early in the career, Coyle worked as an Assistant Planner for the County of Riverside and a Planner for the City of Waterloo, Iowa. Coyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community and Regional Planning from Iowa State University.
