Reid Gridley

Reid Gridley currently serves as the VP of Growth at Cascade since September 2023 and has been an Advisor and Head of Growth at Aleph since May 2023, where the focus is on enhancing financial reporting and planning. Prior to these roles, Reid was the Head of Growth at Village Labs, which supports marketplace platforms with technology solutions. Reid's extensive experience at Cascade includes positions as Global Head of Solutions & Partnerships and Global Head of Sales, having co-founded the North American branch. Previous to Cascade, Reid was the President of Vico Plastics Inc., managing operations internationally. Reid holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Milwaukee School of Engineering, along with an MBA from the same institution.
