Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Cascade Die Casting Group, Inc. since January 2019, Rachel has previously held roles such as HR Business Partner and HR Coordinator at Metron Integrated Health Systems. Prior experience includes working as a Scheduler at Porter Hills and as a Certified Hemodialysis Technician at Fresenius Medical Care North America. Rachel began the career journey as a Substitute Teacher and later worked as a Laboratory Technician and Certified Nurse Aide. Volunteering with the Humane Society of West Michigan and serving as a Resident Care Specialist at Baruch Senior Ministries further highlights dedication to community and care. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Grand Valley State University.
