Cynthia Kinney

Cynthia Kinney has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Division Manager at Universal Services of America, where they were responsible for managing client portfolios and developing strategic operating plans. In 2014, they transitioned to a role as Operations Administrator at MB2 Dental Solutions, collaborating with senior management on employee and health standards, interacting with patients, and handling insurance coverage and payment plans. In 2015, they joined ADP as a Sales Coordinator for Human Resource Outsourcing, assisting the sales team in managing proposals and sales documentation. Cynthia later became a Benefit Data Analyst II, supporting sales teams nationwide with data collection and evaluation. In 2019, they became a District Manager at ADP, providing guidance and advice on various workplace issues to small and mid-sized companies. Most recently, they joined Cascade Energy, Inc in 2020 as a Senior Energy Program Specialist in the Industrial and Agriculture sector, working on projects to improve industrial energy efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenses.

Cynthia Kinney has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government, as well as Ethnic, Cultural Minority, Gender, and Group Studies. Cynthia obtained these degrees from the University of Utah, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, in 2019, Cynthia obtained a certification in Human Capital Management from ADP. Currently, they are pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Energy Policy & Management from Portland State University, with an expected completion in 2023.
