Glen Thomas

Glen Thomas has extensive experience in energy efficiency and operations management, primarily with Cascade Energy, Inc., where since June 2002, Glen has served as Principal and Director of the RMP Managed Account Delivery Program, overseeing a significant industrial energy efficiency initiative for Rocky Mountain Power. Glen has also held various leadership roles within the company, including Board Treasurer, VP of Internal Operations, and VP of Operations, focusing on finance, HR, IT, and innovation projects. Earlier in Glen's career, positions included Project Engineer and Utah Office Manager at Cascade Energy Engineering, and multiple engineering roles at Geneva Steel from 1992 to 2002. Glen holds an MBA in Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
