Josh Monifi

Josh Monifi is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, customer engagement, and project management. Currently serving as Production Team Manager at Cascade Energy, LLC since January 2020, Josh has previously held roles as Senior Operations Specialist and Senior Customer Engagement Specialist within the same company. Experience also includes producing for the Tectonic SHIFT Festival from March 2016 to January 2024, and serving as Communications Manager at Food Northwest until January 2020. Earlier career highlights include acting as a former Board Member and Farmers' Market "Hands On Owner" at People's Food Co-op, and working as an Implementation Specialist at WebLively. Josh's project management expertise was developed at Epic, where responsibilities included managing customer project teams and organizing multi-million dollar software go-lives. Educational qualifications include a BBA in International Business, Management, and Sustainability from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an MBA in Sustainability from Portland State University, and participation in a Business Exchange Program focused on International Business & Law at Università Bocconi.
