Natalia Rieland

Natalia Rieland currently serves as the Vice President of People at Cascade Energy, LLC and as an International Volunteer with Ukrainian Refugee Support, where significant contributions have been made as a primary Ukrainian language interpreter. Previous roles include Head of Human Resources at Dream Harvest Farming Company, Vice President of People North America at INFARM, Executive Coach and HR Consultant at Hello! Coaching and Consulting LLC, and Head of Human Resources North America at KWS Group. Earlier experience includes a Senior Human Resources Consultant position at the University of Minnesota and Manager of Human Resources at Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute. Natalia holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business/International Business from the University of St. Thomas.
