Ray Hardiman

Ray Hardiman, P.E. is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in energy efficiency and industrial engineering. Currently serving as an Energy Smart Industrial Partner and Senior Engineer at Cascade Energy Inc. since November 2009, Ray has been instrumental in delivering energy efficiency programs for utilities in the Northwest under contract with the BPA. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Silicon Chemical Corporation, Regional Operations Manager for Specialty Gases at Airgas Specialty Gas Services, Executive VP/Director of Engineering at Process Tube Systems Inc., Project Manager/Process Design Engineer at Industrial Design Corporation (CH2mHill), Product Development Manager at Bioken Separations, and Research/Product Development Engineer at Koch Industries. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
