Sean Lorimor P.Eng has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2011, they worked as a Research Assistant for the Hood Canal Dissolved Oxygen Project, contributing to documenting and publishing dissolved oxygen levels in the Hood Canal. From 2012 to 2014, Sean served as a Resident Adviser at the University of Washington. In 2014, they joined Shannon & Wilson, Inc. as a Geotechnician II, performing geotech lab tests and participating in field construction and contamination containment projects. From 2015 to 2021, Sean worked at Whitefox Technologies Limited, initially as a Process Engineer, where they led R&D projects in sealant technologies and operated a pilot distillation system. Later, they became a Commissioning/Systems Engineer, managing industrial equipment commissioning, designing plant SOPs, and providing maintenance support. Currently, Sean holds the position of Project Engineer II at Cascade Energy, Inc, starting in August 2021.

Sean Lorimor P.Eng pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Bioresource Science & Engineering from the University of Washington, which they completed in the period of 2010-2015. Simultaneously, they also pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Geology/Earth Science, General from the same institution during the same time frame. Additionally, in 2014, they attended the Qasid Arabic Institute, where they studied Arabic Language and Literature.

In terms of certifications, Sean Lorimor P.Eng obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2018. Sean also acquired the Professional Chemical Engineer certification from the Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists in March 2020.
