Steve Martin

Steve Martin has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. From 1995 to 1996, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Potlatch Corporation. Steve then moved on to SEH-America, where they worked from 1996 to 2010. At SEH-America, they held several roles, including Process Engineer/Engineering Supervisor, Manager of the Epitaxial Operation, and Operations Manager of the 300 mm Wafering Operation. Their responsibilities included overseeing production, engineering, and maintenance teams, managing service contracts, and ensuring operational metrics were met. Since 2010, Steve has been working at Cascade Energy, Inc, where they have held the roles of Energy Management Manager and Director of Operations - ESI Program. In these roles, they have been responsible for marketing energy efficiency programs, supporting the identification of projects, and ensuring delivery performance for the Energy Smart Industrial program. In 2019, the ESI program was recognized as an "Exemplary Program" by the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy.

Steve Martin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering (BS ChE) from the University of Idaho, which they completed between 1991 and 1995. In 2019 and 2020, they pursued a professional certificate in Energy Innovation and Emerging Technologies from the Stanford Center for Professional Development.
