Steve Naegle has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Steve started their career in 2010 as a Graduate Research Assistant and Offensive Coordinator at BYU Flapping Flight Research Group. In 2013, they joined GE Oil & Gas as a Product Design Engineer, where they led mechanical engineering design on a significant project. Steve worked closely with customer engineering teams to ensure projects met specifications. In 2017, Steve joined Cascade Energy, Inc as a Project Engineer and later became a Project Manager. In their role as Project Manager, they worked closely with industrial customers in Utah and Idaho, helping them save energy in their facilities. Steve assisted customers in identifying, quantifying, and prioritizing energy savings projects while accessing financial incentives. Overall, Steve Naegle has demonstrated their expertise in project management, engineering design, and energy efficiency throughout their career.
Steve Naegle has a strong educational background in Mechanical Engineering. Steve obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University, which they attended from 2003 to 2010. Following this, they pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering, also at Brigham Young University, from 2010 to 2012.
In addition to their degrees, Steve Naegle holds a certification as they have successfully passed the FE (Fundamentals of Engineering) Exam administered by the NCEES (National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying) in October 2009.
