Julie Sage-Lauck Lcsw

Julie Sage-Lauck, LCSW, is a seasoned hospice social worker currently employed at Cascade Health Solutions since February 2021. With a diverse background in social work, Julie has held various roles including social worker and Samarya yoga teacher at The Reconnection Project, where services included trauma-sensitive yoga and guided meditation. Previous experience includes serving as a hospice social worker at Hospice Partners of America LLC, where Julie collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to support hospice patients and their families. Additionally, Julie has worked as a program director at Street Yoga, a case manager for homeless youth at Outside In, and has extensive experience in domestic violence support through TESSA of Colorado Springs. Julie's foundation in social work is supported by two degrees from Colorado State University, including a Master’s in Social Work.
