Jennifer has 15 years of experience in the senior living industry with a focus on Sales and Marketing. She joined Cascade Living Group in 2009 and is responsible for the creation, implementation, and improvement of training efforts; while maintaining consistent culture within the company. Jennifer’s greatest strengths are her creativity, leadership, and passion for seniors. Working with seniors has been the most rewarding part of her career. It has a way of making you take a step back from your own life and validating what is meaningful. Jennifer thrives on coaching, mentoring and collaborating with the marketing teams to help ensure they are successful in meeting their goals.
Living in the beautiful town of Gig Harbor, WA with her family; Jennifer enjoys spending time with her granddaughter Eloise, traveling, hiking, concerts, and sailing.
