Win Fream has a long work history in product design and development, particularly in the sports industry. Win started their career at STX lacrosse in 1994 as a Product Designer and worked there until 1997. Win then moved on to Burton Snowboards, where they held various positions including Snowboard Product Line Manager and Red Product Line Manager from 1997 to 2002. Following that, Fream worked at Nike Bauer Hockey as an Advanced Product Manager from 2003 to 2007. Most recently, they joined Cascade Maverik Lacrosse, LLC in 2007 as the Sr. Director of Product Design and Development, a position they currently hold.
From 1989 to 1993, Win Fream attended Rochester Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Industrial Design. No specific field of study was mentioned.
