Carlos Torres is a seasoned construction manager currently overseeing all USA operations for Cascade Process Controls. With extensive experience in the drilling and engineering sector, Torres co-founded Pathfinder HDD, LLC, where they manage drilling programs and multiple crews for underground utility installations. Previously, as General Manager and Founder of Black Diamond Bits, Torres led product offerings and team management across various departments. Torres also held significant roles at Halliburton and Xtreme Bits, where they contributed to product development and secured a patent for a new hydraulic PDC drill bit. With a strong background in engineering and management, Torres has consistently driven innovation and efficiency in the drilling market.
