Kathleen Obrado, REE, RME, SO1, currently serves as a Managed Services Tier2 Systems Engineer at Cascadeo since June 2022, having previously held the role of Managed Services Tier1 Support Engineer. Between 2020 and 2023, Kathleen owned and operated a small business under Dyeskey PH. Prior technical roles include Technical Support Engineer and Sustainability Engineer at Power Equipment & Supplies, Inc. from November 2020 to January 2022. Leadership experience includes serving as President of the PUP Electrical Engineering Network (2018-2019), EE Batch President at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (2017-2018), and Treasurer and Electrical Engineering Representative at the PUP College of Engineering Honors' Society (2015-2017). Kathleen earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, attending from June 2014 to April 2019, and completed primary and secondary education at Dagat-Dagatan Elementary School and Navotas National High School, respectively.
