Bakhtawar Syed

Bakhtawar (Becky) Syed is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR operations and programs across various organizations since 2007. Currently serving as the Senior HR Manager for the Western Region at Cascades since January 2022, Becky has held multiple HR positions including Human Resources Manager for BC & MB, and Human Resources Advisor. Previous roles include Human Resources Generalist at CBV Collection Services Ltd. and Assistant Manager Human Resources at NBP Fund Management Limited, where responsibilities encompassed core HR operations, compensation and benefits management, employee separation, payroll management, and performance management systems. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Business Management and a Master of Public Administration along with a Bachelor's degree from Karachi University.
