Jean-Francois Guay

Jean-Francois (JF) Guay is an accomplished engineering and operations professional with extensive experience in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as Vice-President of Engineering and Operational Excellence at Cascades since September 2022, JF Guay has previously held significant roles including Senior Director of Operations at MHI RJ Aviation Group and Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer at DRAKKAR Aerospace & Ground Transportation. JF Guay's tenure at BOMBARDIER from 2008 to April 2021 included various leadership positions such as General Manager of the CRJ Series Program and Director of the CRJ Program Management Office. JF Guay's career began at Pratt & Whitney Canada, where responsibilities included roles as a Line Production Supervisor and Stress & Vibrations Analyst. Educationally, JF Guay holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Automobile Design from Polytechnique Montréal and a minor in Automobile Design from ESTACA in France.
