Nicholas Buss

Nicholas Buss has extensive experience in the engineering and management sectors, currently serving as the Production Manager and Plant Manager at Cascades since September 2017, with a history of roles including Continuous Improvement Manager and Plant Engineer. Prior to this, Nicholas worked as a Construction Inspector for the Missouri Department of Transportation, where responsibilities included engineering and inspection duties. Early career experience included a role as Student Manager at Baja Grill from January 2012 to December 2015. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, completed in 2015.
