Normand Nadeau

Normand Nadeau is an experienced technical professional with a strong background in the pulp and paper industry. Currently serving as Technical Manager and Director of the Cascades Specialty Product Group since July 2012, Normand focuses on innovation, new product development, and food-grade packaging solutions. Prior roles include Technical Manager at Cascades Lupel, where responsibilities encompassed managing technical services, process improvements, and ensuring environmental compliance. Previous experience includes roles at Siemens Transformer Canada as Manager for ISO certifications, and as Quality Supervisor at Itron, managing quality control systems. Normand's foundational career began at Kruger Trois Rivieres, progressing through various technical and supervisory positions. Normand holds a DEC in Pulp and Paper manufacturing from CEGEP Trois-Rivieres.
