Tamim Kabbara

Tamim Kabbara, Ing., M.Ing., is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in maintenance and reliability. Currently serving as Project Leader for Operation Support at Cascades since March 2020, Tamim Kabbara provides expertise to the local team and promotes a strong culture of maintenance and reliability. Prior to this role, Tamim Kabbara worked at Kruger Inc. from February 2009 to March 2020 as an Ingénieur maintenance, focusing on organizational development and optimization of maintenance processes, safety management, and team building. Earlier experience as a mechanical engineer at Rayonier Advanced Materials from April 2007 to February 2009 involved managing reliability operations and implementing actions to improve equipment performance. Tamim Kabbara holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, along with a certificate in Quality Assurance from École de technologie supérieure.
