Angela Pan

Angela joined Cascadia in 2020 to manage large-scale community programs in Oakland, Alameda County, and San Francisco. Angela currently oversees StopWaste's business and multifamily recycling outreach program, delivering personalized outreach and technical assistance to thousands of businesses per year across 17 member jurisdictions. Angela also managed community engagement for San Francisco's most recent Climate Action Planning effort, coordinating digital and remote engagement services to ensure that community members could be meaningfully involved in the City's climate planning despite pandemic protocols and shelter-in-place requirements. Prior to her time at Cascadia, Angela prepared complex environmental compliance documents at Impact Sciences, Inc.

She excels at coordinating effectively with a diverse team of project stakeholders to maximize efficiency while balancing a variety of needs. Angela currently manages the Oakland office’s largest revenue project—Zero Waste Technical Assistance & Outreach for StopWaste—while seamlessly assisting with projects throughout the firm’s different practice areas. Her curiosity for innovative solutions and attention to detail helps drive projects forward and above the curve.
