Gretchen Muller

Gretchen has 17 years of experience managing a broad range of stakeholder-driven sustainability projects. She has been involved at all stages of the process, from designing and facilitating strategic planning processes and creating public involvement and communications plans to implementing engagement programs and evaluating and reporting results. She is particularly adept at managing large, multi-stakeholder facilitation efforts that bring representatives of competing interests—such as conservation groups, developers, industry groups, and tribes—to the table to build common ground and reach compromises. Gretchen is deeply involved in participatory planning and co-design efforts focused on change management and action planning related to climate, sustainability, and natural resource protection. She loves working with clients to identify what success looks like at project outset and then co-design a roadmap and associated action steps to get the project there in a fun, productive, and impactful way.
