P.J. is skilled at leading collaborative strategic planning efforts and facilitating multi-stakeholder processes in local, regional, and international settings. As a core member of Cascadia’s Climate and Natural Resources Management team, P.J. is involved in a wide range of sustainability projects, from climate change adaptation plans to natural resource protection strategic plans. She not only brings extensive project management experience and a passion for evaluating climate actions and creating actionable roadmaps, but also brings a long track record of managing multi-channel inclusive public engagement campaigns. With this diversity of experience, P.J. is ideally suited to distill complex technical information into clear and approachable concepts that community members and planners alike can evaluate and discuss.
