Alison Dunfee

Alison Dunfee has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Alison currently holds the position of Senior Director of Outreach & Mental Health Counseling at Cascadia Health since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Program Manager at Multnomah County from 2020 to 2022.

In 2018, Alison worked as a Social Worker at Metropolitan Public Defender, where they played a crucial role in building and implementing community-based treatment plans for criminal defendants. From 2014 to 2018, they served as the Director of Community Programs at Pathfinders of Oregon, overseeing the development and provision of services for families impacted by parental incarceration.

Before that, Alison worked as a Program Manager at Catholic Charities Oregon from 2010 to 2014. Alison'sresponsibilities included managing school-based programs and writing grant proposals. Later, from 2007 to 2009, Alison attended Portland State University, where they obtained a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in the field of Social Work.
