Chase West

Chase West currently serves as a People and Culture Partner at Cascadia Health, providing consultation for employees seeking protected leave under OFLA and FMLA, engaging in interactive processes related to the ADA, and participating in the Emergency Preparedness group. Previously, Chase worked as a Recruiter at Actalent, managing the full life-cycle recruiting process and ensuring compliance through rigorous candidate screening. Additionally, experience includes roles as Event Staff for the Portland Trail Blazers at the Rose Quarter and as a Competitive Gymnastics Coach at Precision Elite Gymnastics, where a successful coaching record includes training state champions. Chase holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Portland State University and has educational background from Mt. Hood Community College.
