Izabela Janiszyn

Izabela Janiszyn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, customer service, and hospitality management. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Advisor at Ribby Hall Village since May 2017, Izabela specializes in coaching departments, supporting onboarding processes, and facilitating training while advising management to enhance performance. Previously, Izabela held the role of Front Of House Manager at both Ribby Hall Village and The Grand Hotel Lytham St. Annes, overseeing restaurant operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Izabela also has experience as an Assessor/Trainer in hospitality at Blackpool and The Fylde College, where vocational training programs were developed and delivered.
