Sandra Wilborn's work experience includes serving as the Chief Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare since 2019. Previously, they worked at Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare from 2006 to 2016, first as a Program Manager and later as a Clinical Director. In their role as Clinical Director, they were responsible for overseeing the clinical and operational aspects of community-based treatment facilities and ensuring compliance with licensing rules and agency contracts. Prior to working at Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare, they served as a Clinical Coordinator at NFI North from 2001 to 2006.
Sandra Wilborn has an extensive education history, starting with their Bachelor of Social Work degree from the College of St. Teresa, which they earned between 1979 and 1983. During this time, they studied Social Work and Religious Studies. Afterward, from 1994 to 1997, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Community Human Service Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Lastly, between 2002 and 2006, Sandra obtained a Certificate of Advanced Study in Clinical Counseling from the University of Southern Maine.
