Lisette Martinez, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Officer at the National Audubon Society, where responsibilities include integrating EDIB practices into organizational operations and collaborating with conservation teams across the Western Hemisphere. Previously, Lisette held the position of EVP, Chief DEI Officer & Community Engagement at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, overseeing a strategic plan for a vast network of employees and students. As the first Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Yale New Haven Health, Lisette developed a comprehensive DEI strategic plan for a large health system. Additional experience includes roles at TriHealth, where a health system-wide diversity strategy was spearheaded, and Macy's Inc., where Lisette promoted supplier diversity initiatives. Lisette holds an MBA with honors from Thomas More University and a BBA from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, along with a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification.
