Before their time at Xerox, Shanti worked at Tektronix from 1995 to 2000. Shanti served as a Project Manager, leading the implementation of CRM software in the call center and playing a key role in software implementation in multiple countries. Shanti also worked as a Customer Support Representative, gaining expert knowledge to deliver excellent customer support.
