Lee Gutman, Head of Talent, joined Casdin Capital in 2020 and focuses on recruitment and talent acquisition.
Prior to joining, Lee led talent acquisition for a venture-backed data intelligence company, Enigma, responsible for scaling the team as they grew from a Series A to Series C stage. He hired over 200 employees across all functions. Previously, Lee was vice president of technology recruitment at Connections of New York, a boutique search firm specializing in recruiting executive and experienced talent into high-growth companies across a range of industries.
Lee has built a deep network through his career and is passionate about team-building and human capital management best practices.
Lee graduated from University of Albany with a B.A. in Communications.
