Katie R. has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Customer Service Representative at Nordstrom in 2011. Katie later joined Case Facilities Management Solutions, where they held various positions, including Senior Account Manager from October 2011 to May 2017, Director of Partner Relations from May 2017 to March 2021, Regional Director Of Operations from March 2021 to August 2022, and currently serves as the Vice President of Partner Relations since August 2022. In their current role, they lead a team responsible for finding and building relationships with Service Partners throughout the United States.

Katie R. completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management at the University of Rhode Island from 2005 to 2009. Katie then pursued a Master's degree in Business/Corporate Communications at the same university from 2009 to 2011.
