Michael Cipolla

Michael Cipolla has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting their career at Stop & Shop as an Assistant Store Manager in 2012, they then transitioned to Viessmann, where they held various positions such as Demand Planner, Senior Sourcing Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, and Financial Controller. During their time at Viessmann, Michael demonstrated skills in forecasting, analysis, and vendor management. In 2020, they joined Case Facilities Management Solutions as a Financial Controller and later became the Vice President of Finance. In these roles, they focused on financial reporting, team leadership, process improvement, and compliance. Additionally, they implemented innovative financial models and led the implementation of a framework to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

Michael Cipolla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Marketing, from Bryant University.
