Larry Epling is currently the Vice President of QA/Food Safety and Regulatory Compliance at Case Farms Processing, Inc. Prior to this role, Larry held positions such as Director of Food Safety and Regulatory at Perdue Farms, Director of QA/Food Safety at KOCH FOODS, and various QA/Food Safety roles at Brooks Food Group. Larry also has a background in production and shipping supervision at Smithfield Foods and served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the US Army. Larry holds a MA in Organizational Management from Ashford University, a BS in Organizational Management and Development from Bluefield University, and an AS in Criminal Justice from Columbia College.
