Katherine McMullin

Katherine McMullin, PCC, GPCC, serves as Principal at McMullin Executive Coaching Services since June 2001, specializing in leadership, performance, team coaching, and training in emotional intelligence, leadership skills, brain research, transitions, and parenting. Additionally, Katherine has been a Master Coach at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University, focusing on enhancing emotional intelligence competencies and self-awareness. From July 2013 to September 2018, Katherine worked as a Consultant for Right Management, providing executive coaching. Educational qualifications include a GPCC in Coaching from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, a Professional Fellows Certificate from the Weatherhead School of Management, and a B.S. in Education from Miami University, along with certifications from the Leadership Circle.
