Kimberly McFarlin

Clinical Instructor

Kimberly McFarlin, LISW, MSSA, MNO, serves as the Assistant Dean of Student Services and Career Planning, Clinical Instructor, and Director of International Affairs at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Science at Case Western Reserve University since January 2016. In addition, Kimberly holds a role as a Field Faculty Advisor and Faculty Advisor for the LINK student group at the same institution. With extensive experience as an Independent Contractor and Nonprofit Professional specializing in social work, Kimberly has also worked as a Field Instructor at Case Western Reserve University and Cleveland State University since August 2007. Previous positions include Director of Programs & Community Partnerships at the Kidney Foundation of Ohio and President of the Minority Health Alliance. Kimberly McFarlin holds Master's degrees in Social Work and Nonprofit Administration from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and Speech Communication from Bradley University.
