Mike Dingeldein

Mike Dingeldein, MD, FACS, FAAP, FCCM, currently serves as the Interim Division Chief of Pediatric Surgery, Trauma Director, and Medical Director of Children’s Surgery at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital since August 2014. Additionally, Mike holds the position of Associate Professor of Surgery at Case Western Reserve University, where Mike has been since August 2014, and has also served as an Assistant Professor of Surgery. Active in the community, Mike is a board member at Holden Forests & Gardens since May 2019. Mike’s extensive training includes completing a Pediatric Surgery Fellowship at the University of Oklahoma, a General Surgery Residency at Rush University, and a Surgical Critical Care Fellowship at Northwestern University, complemented by a Doctor of Medicine degree from The Ohio State University and a BS in Biology from the University of Cincinnati.
