Dr. Adel Gaafar Elbagir Osman is an experienced General and Colorectal Surgeon with a special interest in trauma surgery, bringing over 25 years of professional practice across Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East. He is licensed by the General Medical Council (UK) and the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).

Throughout the course of his career, Dr. Osman has perfected his training and quality control abilities, contributing to regular audits and fostering teamwork within multidisciplinary environments. He has provided consistent guidance to junior colleagues and students, encouraging participation in team efforts, research activities, and continuous service improvement initiatives.

As an Assistant Professor of Surgery for the past 10 years, Dr. Osman has gained extensive experience in teaching and mentoring resident surgeons, assessing students, and designing curricula for both undergraduate medical students and postgraduate surgical trainees. He has actively participated in teaching 4th-year and 6th-year medical students through lectures, bedside sessions, skill labs, problem-based learning, and theatre sessions covering major and minor procedures.
