Rachel Seamans

Rachel Seamans currently serves as an Adjunct Professor and Graduate Assistant at Carlow University since October 2023. Additionally, Rachel is an intern at Robert Morris University's University Counseling Center and a Sexual Assault Counselor at Pittsburgh Action Against Rape, both positions held since August and July 2023, respectively. Rachel has experience as a Youth Development Specialist and Student Intern with Gwen's Girls since May 2023, and previously worked as an Intelligence Analyst and Intern Analyst at the National Cyber-Forensics and Training Alliance from June 2021 to May 2023. Prior roles include an internship at the University Counseling Center at Point Park University and a Student Internship at BLISS Psychological Services, where Rachel conducted various assessments. Rachel has a PsyD in Counseling Psychology from Carlow University, an MAP in Forensic Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science from Saint Vincent College.
